Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition commences on 16 December 2025 at 7:00am (AEST), and concludes on 28 February 2026 at 11:59pm(AEST). Only entries submitted within this date range will be accepted, the winner will be contacted via email shortly after.  
  2. By entering this competition, each entrant agrees to join the Tasmanian Walking Company mailing list. Participants can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email. 
  3. By entering this competition, you agree to allow Tasmanian Walking Company to share your name and email address with Women's Agenda for inclusion on their mailing list.
  4. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection of personal and behavioural information (including postcode, travel preferences and holiday intentions) which may be used for research and marketing purposes by Tasmanian Walking Company in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  5. The prize contains two free passes on our Uluṟu-Kata Tjuṯa Signature Walk. 
  6. The maximum value of the walk is $10,790 for two people. Any difference in cost will need to be paid by the winner.
  7. The prize only extends to inclusions outlined in the trip notes of the walk and does not include any additional extras which can be purchased on the trip. e.g. Spa Treatments.
  8. This prize does not include flights and accommodation before or after the walk. 
  9. The competition is open to entrants aged 18+ only (proof of age may be required). 
  10. The prize winner will be picked at random.  
  11. The prizes listed cannot be exchanged for cash. 
  12. No late entrants will be eligible to enter the competition. 
  13. It is a condition of entry that Tasmanian Walking Company has the right to publicise the winner's First Name and State of residence when announcing the winner. 
  14. Entry into this competition means that the entrant accepts they meet the entry requirements and accepts these terms and conditions. 
  15. The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of allocation.  
  16. The offer is subject to the availability of walk departures. 
  17. Once your booking is confirmed, the departure date is not transferable. 
  18. The giveaway cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, including return walker vouchers. 
  19. For participants who have already registered to one or both email lists, entrants can re-subscribe using the same or a different email address to be eligible for the giveaway. 
  20. This competition is in no way associated with Facebook or Google.
